Bronze Tier:

We have a full day of events this year for our Fall Meeting! We'll go through the day in detail, but for a quick rundown, there's a bulleted list below.

• Breakfast & Golf at South Shore Harbour Country Club

  • Buffet Style Breakfast Served from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

  • Tee Times start at 9:00 AM and are staggered by 10 minutes.

  • Only 36 slots available (9 teams of 4), so make sure to secure yours quickly!

  • Teams of 4, so when you check out, let us know who your team members are. Otherwise, you will be randomly assigned a team.

• Main Event All Access

  • From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Unlimited activities including Bowling, Billiards, and Laser Tag

• Dinner and Meeting at 1940 Air Terminal Museum

  • Full Access to the 1940 Air Terminal Museum with Volunteers for escort throughout the museum

  • BBQ & Tex-Mex Dinner with Appetizers and Dessert

  • Conclude the evening with the Fall Meeting

We start the day off at South Shore Harbor Country Club, where we will have a buffet-style breakfast in their private dining room, followed by a golf scramble in teams of 4. There are 36 slots, 9 teams of 4, so please ensure that you get your tickets as soon as possible. Also, when securing your tickets, please let us know who your team members are, otherwise, we will randomly assign you to a team.

For our Country Breakfast Buffet, our options will include:

• Scrambled Eggs

• Bacon

• Sausage

• Breakfast Potatoes

• Fresh Baked Biscuits

• Fresh Fruit

• Coffee

• Orange Juice

• Butter & Assorted Jam/Jelly

Tee Time is at 9:00 AM with a 10-minute stagger per 4-person team. *We will not have a shotgun start for this tournament.

We will have golf carts, scorecards, and rules sheets prepared ahead of time, so we need you to secure your tickets no later than October 13th.

Moving to early afternoon, we have secured All Access Passes for Main Event in Webster. What these include is 3 hours, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, of unlimited bowling, billiards, and laser tag. (Bowling shoe rental is also included with the pass)

We will have 2 bowling lanes reserved for our group.

Since we are catering breakfast and a large dinner, we decided against a catered lunch, but you are more than welcome to order food or drink independently of the group while at Main Event.

Finally, doors open at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum at 6:00 PM.

From 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM, enjoy the museum, have a drink from the cash bar, and try some mini smoked chicken taquitos, Texas goat cheese & roasted tomato bruschetta, guacamole, salsa roja, or chile con queso with tortilla chips, or all the above! The museum will also have volunteers who will provide guided tours through the museum and out onto the tarmac for the plane they have stationed for us.

At 7:00 PM, we will have dinner, with your choice of brisket, pork ribs, or chicken fajitas with potato salad & jalapeno pinto beans, flour tortillas, and jalapeno cheese bread. Followed by your choice of pecan pie bites or chocolate cream pie bites for dessert.

At the conclusion of dinner, we will host the fall meeting, after which you can enjoy the museum until 9:00 PM.
